Diamona Holdings Ltd (DHLtd) was established in 2012 and is headquartered in Nicosia. The Company is a sister company of Diamona Holding BV which was established earlier in 2004 in The Netherlands. DHLtd is involved through its local subsidiaries in the investment and management of multiple real estate projects in both Germany, Lithuania and Greece.
In Germany, through its local subsidiary, Diamona & Harnisch (D&H), with over 30 localized real estate professionals, D&H is considered today one of the largest real estate residential developers in Berlin. The Company’s main focus in Germany continues to be the development of residential properties in some of the best locations in Berlin. So far, D&H has already developed projects with over E1B in value since 2008. In Greece, via Diamona Greece IKE (DG), DG is becoming one of the bigger real estate investors in Athens and its vicinity, acquiring existing buildings in some of the most trendiest of locations around the Greek capital, renovating and transforming them into hip and young rentable accommodation.

Andreas Giorgakis
Operations Director
Andreas studied in the UK and is a holder of a BSc degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus.
He began his career as an external auditor working for KPMG, being engaged in a diverse array of client assignments, both in Cyprus and abroad. He was also involved in a number of due diligence and IPO projects for the listing of large, multinational groups of companies in the London and Warsaw Stock Exchanges.
Since leaving KPMG, Andreas decided to specialise in the structuring and running of investment holding companies. He has since held a number of high-profile directorships in the field with investments ranging from real estate, private equity and private equity funds, intellectual property and other intangibles. He was also appointed as Financial Controller to an international group specialised in software development and maintenance services for the information and communication technology industry. He is a hands on leader who has wide ranging expertise in corporate structuring and administration, financial reporting, consolidations and taxation.
He is native in Greek and fluent in English.

Chrystalla Siakalli
Chrystalla has graduated from Middlesex University of London in the United Kingdom obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in Accounting and Finance. Subsequently she was qualified as a Certified Charter Accountant and she is currently member of the Association of the Certified Charter Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of the Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (IPAC).
Chrystalla has begun her professional career as an external auditor in a Cyprus audit firm, for almost 5 years, during which she was given the opportunity to gain significant experience within the audit profession and also she was able to gain fundamental knowledge in regards to the compliance principals and anti-money laundering procedures.
For over a year Chrystalla was working as a corporate administrator dealing with the day to day operations of a company. Throughout her career, Chrystalla has gain significant knowledge in several areas such as financial reporting, corporation tax, consolidated reporting and in the administration of Companies.
Chrystalla is a native Greek and fluent English speaker.
